You can leave, go fronyier, and when you come back check the mailbox to claim the money automatically and see if anyone bought your items. If you wanna sell fast sell them for dollars less and they’ll be gone before you can put up your other items for sale. Avoid selling clothing or weapons unless higher lvl for the area since not many people buy them i mean you can only buy so many clothing items or weapons until you’re fully geared up.
Foods and drinks are a middle man as are car parts and fuel. Fore sure car parts are sold better ,ake dallbow lvl 1 starting outpost at the police station than all other outposts since people by then would’ve already looted and gotten parts or fuel.

Also be sure to upgrade your cars parts, any damaged park might have the negative capacity prefix which are really high and using your car mzke extra storage when on looting runs outside of the starting town is a must if you wanna make any decent hauls. If you have about 2k you can work the market in your favor pretty easily. I do this with food and can double my money in less than 30mins. Example: Search market for tinned food, find one that is cheap, and make sure you dont need to over inflate the price to much to make a good profit. Fuel was another one.
